Our industrial process control and automation designs typically consist of an extensive application of programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and a variety of Operator Interface Systems such as Wonderware, RSView, Intellution, PanelView and others. We have had a great deal of success with our designs utilizing these packages. We possess extensive experience working with Rockwell Automation software. We provide designs with a variety of other manufacturers of PLC and HMI equipment, for example, General Electric, Modicon and Siemens.
We have experience in laying out plant networks, PLC I/O location, and selection of applicable processors/CPU's for process automation projects. We develop specific PLC program modules and subroutines that have been tested in the field with a high degree of perfection. We also integrate encoders, bar code readers, analog instruments and motion controllers into new and existing systems.
